Education and Training

Being successful in the workplace depends heavily on obtaining the education or training needed for your job. Whether you are entering the workplace or trying to move up within it, the more education you have the better.

EDUCATION PAYS!

Having an education directly impacts the amount of money you can earn over the course of your lifetime. It also plays a role in your ability to find a good job; studies have shown that the unemployment rate for those without a high school diploma is nearly four times higher than for those who have attended college. Additionally, average expected lifetime earnings for a graduate with an associate degree are about $250,000 more than an individual with a high school diploma. This earnings gap continues to increase as educational attainment increases.
