National Board of Directors

Women Work! is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of Officers, Area Members and General Members. The Governing Board works with the Chief Executive Officer to determine priorities for program development and public policy advocacy. The Board oversees the financial well-being of the organization, establishes policies in relation to the organization's mission, hires the CEO and establishes personnel policies.

Board members are a diverse group from across the country. They all share a strong commitment to helping women in transition and women's economic equity.

The board strives to achieve diversity and meet capacity goals who support the organization's mission. The entire Governing Board is committed to ensuring that Women Work! continues to be a vibrant, active and respected organization that is nationally recognized for its leadership on women's economic justice issues.
